1957 Roland Tube Portable

One of many small tube portable's in the 50's, this one tries to approximate the look of a transistor radio.  Most likely it was sold at a lower cost compared to a transistor set.  Interestingly, it has a separate on-off switch, in the back, and is not part of the volume control.  This radio was also sold as a Bulova, among others.
