The Philco model 60 was one of Philco's most successful radios, ever.  Made from 1934 until 1937 in 5 different variations, it sold at a reasonable price, had some nice features like a police/shortwave band, tone control, and sounded excellent for it's size.  This example is a 1934 model; the first version.
