Crosley 03CB

1941 Crosley 03CB. This Crosley has a lot in common with Zenith models of the time- pushbutton tone controls and presets, a large iconic airplane dial, and painted chassis mounted on springs. It also has a weighted tuning knob and has large amounts of photo finish on the cabinet.  Given that Eugene McDonald of Zenith and Powel Crosley were friends, this is all probably more than just a coincidence!  Crosley often reacted to what Zenith was doing, offering similar radios for a lower cost.  This is one of the harder to find models that use this chassis, the more common one is the O2CA.
